Love it a lot, I did not posted the original version because meh, you never know who saves it and uses it for their own purposes so behold, a very crappy edited picture of my original character Alice and her friend Rasiel. 

While waiting for the verdict if I have been hired or not I decided to fill up my tumblr page with a new hobby of mine.

I especially enjoy practicing blending with my new eyeshadow palette <3 It has 88 tropical colors that give you that summer-y vibe. 

It has incredibly pretty colors * U *  these colors are especially well suited for those whom have a warm colored complex because of all the shimmer. It has lots of warm colors that work well with hazel, green and brown eyes. I am not sure if they work well on light blue eyes seeying that I have hazel colored eyes myself so I never really worked with blue eyes before. xDD

For now I decided to make classic smokey eyes with this new palette I bought at Cherize’s webshop (It’s a Dutch webshop). I had never really made smokey eyes so I watched some Youtube tutorials to see how it’s made and I decided to be bold and I tried imitating what they did. 

I did not have a primer so I had to pray that the palette worked well enough without any. XD Luckily, that went well and so I used the upper color in second row from the left as a base color…

I used the fairest color in the upper left corner for highlights (just beneath your eyebrow) and for the space between the eye and the nose. 

And then the most delicate work begun…

I used the lowest color from the third row on the right. (the black/brownish metallic one) for the crease and the other corner of my eye. Blend, blend and blend even more that the darkest color flows with the base color and the highlighter… this takes a tad long. >.<

Then you fill in the eyelid with a nice bronze color *or any color you’d prefer, as long as it sticks outs and blends with the blackish color so that you keep your shadow* after that I used the black eyeshadow (lowest color from the row most on the right) and I made a ’ v’ from the most outer corner of the eye to the crease and blended it in with the brown/blackish blend in the crease. 

And to top it off I used a gel eyeliner to make it even more smokey. (be careful not to ruin the shadow effect by applying too much eyeliner, that’s where I almost went wrong XDDD ) 

Aaaaand this is the result…

Tadaaa a really intens effect (or maybe it’s because I have dark eyes OTL) suitable for a night out or if you just want to pop your eyes out a bit more. o u o

Be careful not to use an intense lipgloss or lipstick when making such heavy eye make up. It would easily become too much so I would recommend using a nude or pink / peach colored lipgloss or lipstick to tone your lip color. 

I used a peach colored lipgloss (there is almost no shade of lipstick/ lipgloss that is almost as fair as my skin, I even have a hard time finding a nice foundation because my skin is too light for pretty much every shade ;A; but as you can see, you can make smokey eyes for pretty much every skincolor) 

Okay so yay, I am happy with the result :heart: I think I’ve done well for a first time and next I am going to try and make a nice effect with the green and pink variants!~ Make up is really powerful if you know how to use it… it took me 23 years to find that out but well. XD

OH! And I bought myself 24 kleancolor nailpolish colors and fimo art designs! Can’t wait to try them out and if I make something interesting I’ll be sure to post it online!~
